We are looking for a Web Application Developer who wants to take ownership of the front-end experience, UX/UI layout, and human factors of our software. You will be working on a small, tight-knit development team alongside business stakeholders and executive leadership. Flexibility, adaptability, and a relentless willingness to learn are absolute musts. This is not a role for "busy work"-you will be expected to contribute directly to our applications, solve complex visual and technical problems, and see the immediate real-world results of your work from day one. Because we believe the best collaboration, fastest training, and strongest innovations happen when a team is all in one place, all work is performed 100% on-site at our office in West Chester, Ohio.
