They are looking for a Product Designer (UX/UI) to take ownership of the user experience across their learner-facing products. This is a key role within the product team, with a strong emphasis on improving the quality of UI design, establishing clear design standards, and delivering a consistent and accessible experience. The role will suit someone who enjoys working on complex, meaningful products where design has a genuine impact on how people engage and progress.What you will be doing You will be responsible for designing intuitive, high-quality experiences across multiple digital platforms. Key responsibilities include: * Creating high fidelity UI designs that translate complex workflows into clear and usable interfaces * Designing end-to-end user journeys that are simple, accessible and engaging * Ensuring a consistent user experience across different products and user groups * Developing and maintaining design guidelines and standards to improve consistency and reduce subjectivity * Working closely with engineering and product teams to bring structure to the design process and deliver high quality outputs * Using available feedback and insight to inform design decisions and continuously improve the experience * Demonstrating the impact of your design work through improvements in engagement, usability and progression The user challenge This is not a typical UX role.
