They ensure that technology resources operate efficiently, securely, and align with business objectives., Infrastructure & Operations * Manage enterprise infrastructure including servers, networks, cloud platforms and storage environments * Ensure uptime, performance, and reliability of systems supporting ERP on-premises applications * Oversee monitoring, patching, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning * Manage endpoint infrastructure including laptops, mobile devices, and field technician equipment * PC/Laptop support, refresh and standardization initiatives * IT Support Service Delivery * Manage support for infrastructure and applications * Establish and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and service quality metrics * Drive continuous improvement of IT support processes and user experience * Oversee incident, problem, and change management processesTeam Leadership * Supervise system administrators, network engineers, and IT support staff. * Assign tasks, set priorities, and evaluate team performance. * Provide technical guidance and professional development opportunities.
