## About the Role

Do you have experience in Task prioritization?, * Former founders and growth marketers/GTM engineers with a track record of cracking growth channels and loops, ideally in B2B SaaS.

 * Strong growth fundamentals: prioritizing channels, breaking down funnels, developing ICPs, automating prospecting and leadgen, copywriting, CRO, etc.
 * Clear, concise writing.
 * Comfort saying no to the wrong priorities.
 * Enough vibe-coding chops to be dangerous, but not a man-with-a-hammer.
 * Software engineering or finance background is a plus, but not required.

## Description

* Meet with your pod leader and portfolio company GMs, marrying product direction with user learnings to brainstorm growth experiments.
 * Prioritize, build, and launch experiments that meaningfully drive revenue.
 * Identify and optimize growth loops at portfolio companies.
 * Track and improve conversion at every major step of the marketing funnel.
 * Build systems (e.g., playbooks, Claude skills, mini-products) that less technical GMs and portfolio company employees can use to run GTM experiments themselves.
 * Hire other great growth people.
