 * Investment Banking
 * Private Equity or Venture Capital
 * Experience working in:
 * A top-tier consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Deloitte, KPMG), or
 * A high-growth Series A-C startup
 * Experience operating in an early-stage B2B environment.

Skills & Attributes

 * Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
 * Proven experience building dashboards and working with pipeline analytics.
 * Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy and revenue operations.
 * Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-ambiguity startup environments.
 * High ownership mentality and strong execution skills.
 * Systems-thinking mindset with the ability to connect data, processes, and business outcomes.

Education

 * Bachelor's degree from a leading university.

## Description

As one of the early team members, you will work directly with the CEO and play a key role in building and scaling the company's growth engine from the ground up.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly analytical and ambitious Growth Lead to drive revenue operations and go-to-market growth initiatives.

This role sits at the intersection of Revenue Operations, Growth Strategy, GTM execution, Pipeline Analytics, and Experimentation. You'll be responsible for building scalable systems, uncovering growth opportunities, and helping transform early traction into a predictable revenue engine., * Build and optimize Revenue Operations infrastructure, ensuring clean pipeline management and accurate forecasting.

 * Develop dashboards and reporting systems that provide visibility across the entire revenue funnel.
 * Analyze conversion data and identify opportunities to improve growth performance.
 * Design and execute growth experiments across multiple channels, including content, partnerships, events, and outbound initiatives.
 * Connect marketing, sales, and revenue data to identify bottlenecks and unlock growth opportunities.
 * Partner directly with the CEO on strategic growth initiatives and business decisions.
 * Establish repeatable systems that support long-term revenue scalability.
