This role owns our core business systems, including Salesforce, Power BI, and Microsoft 365, and serves as a strategic partner, ensuring these tools are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business needs. You will oversee system governance, process optimization, integrations, and data accuracy while managing day-to-day administration of business systems and coordinating IT support efforts.
