## Description

We are looking for a highly practical, operations-focused builder who can apply technology to improve how our business runs day-to-day. This role focuses on reducing manual work, eliminating redundancies, and creating more efficient, connected workflows across the organization. You will work closely with leadership to translate real-world operational challenges into simple, effective technical solutions, while identifying opportunities to leverage automation and AI where appropriate., * Collaborate with leadership to identify, prioritize, define and execute automation and systems improvement initiatives across the organization

 * Build and implement workflow automations across operations (coordination, recruiting, HR, finance, etc.)
 * Reduce redundant processes and disconnected workflows across departments
 * Integrate systems and tools using APIs, automation platforms, and lightweight scripting
 * Apply AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, LLM-based workflows) to enhance automation and operational efficiency
 * Evaluate and recommend tools, approaches, and improvements to increase efficiency and scalability
 * Deliver solutions that are reliable, easy to maintain, and practical for real-world use
