## About the Role

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Spreadsheets?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Excellent work ethic within a team-first environment.

 * Must have attention to detail with high quality output.
 * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
 * Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel.
 * Familiar with ERP systems a plus.
 * Familiar with Steel and Aluminum Fabrication and Machining processes a plus.
 * Familiar with CAD Software (SolidWorks and /or AutoCAD preferred)., * Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering or related discipline.
 * 0-2 years of experience in design, drafting or fabrication.
 * Entry level I and mid-career level II positions available. Level based on experience/knowledge., * Bachelor's (Required)

License/Certification:

 * Driver's License (Required)

## Description

* Design and develop 3D models and drawings for custom product requests in the sports construction design space.
 * Specify and design components, sub-assemblies, hardware, and bill of materials (BOM) for projects of varying scales with support from senior staff.
 * Create and maintain accurate BOMs and part set ups within ERP (Epicor).
 * Contribute to internal continuous improvement initiatives via modeling and drafting support.
 * Coordinate with production staff to clarify design intent and resolve shop-floor issues.
 * Learn and follow established design standards and documentation practices.
 * Perform other duties as assigned.
