Preferred Qualifications + Previous experience leading a team is preferred. + Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification is preferred. + A basic understanding of the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) business and pricing models is preferred. + Experience working in a metrics driven environment with clear accountability for performance outcomes and service level goals. + Proven ability to develop and maintain work instructions, standard operating procedures, and process documentation. + Strong analytical mindset with experience identifying process gaps and driving continuous improvement initiatives., + Bachelor's degree or 4 years work experience in line with requisite job responsibilities is required. ## Description This Supervisor/Associate Manager, Data Management position resides in the Data Management team and is primarily responsible for overseeing the completion of tasks associated with maintaining product related master data in various applications used by the Mail, Specialty and Coram businesses, in support of pharmacy operations. The Data Management Supervisor will lead a team of Consultants, Coordinators and Assistants responsible for adhering to business processes and guidance provided by internal business partners.
