## About the Role

Do you have experience in Webex?, * Experience with Webex Contact Center (WxCC) administration and support.

 * Strong understanding of PSTN, SIP, and voice routing concepts.
 * Experience with IVR design, call flows, queues, and routing strategies.
 * Hands-on experience with number porting and carrier coordination.
 * Strong troubleshooting skills within voice and contact center environments., * Experience with Webex Contact Center Flow Designer.
 * Knowledge of skill-based routing and queue optimization.
 * Experience supporting enterprise voice or cloud contact center platforms.
 * Exposure to contact center migrations or modernization projects.

Pay: $45.00 - $53.00 per hour

## Description

We are seeking a Webex Contact Center Engineer to support and enhance enterprise contact center and voice services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Webex Contact Center (WxCC), PSTN/SIP telephony, call routing, IVR design, and number porting activities., * Administer and support Webex Contact Center (WxCC) environments.

 * Configure and maintain IVRs, call flows, queues, entry points, and routing strategies.
 * Manage PSTN/SIP connectivity and troubleshoot voice routing issues.
 * Coordinate phone number porting activities, including LOA submissions and carrier communication.
 * Maintain phone number inventory and assignment processes.
 * Investigate and resolve call routing, queue, and contact center performance issues.
 * Collaborate with business teams to improve customer experience and call handling efficiency.
