The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of data concepts, and the ability to turn raw information into meaningful insights., * Bachelor's degree required

 * 0 to 2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related field
 * Strong skills in Excel and data analysis
 * Knowledge of SQL is required
 * Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools is a plus
 * Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
 * Good written and verbal communication skills
 * Ability to work independently and in a team environment, * Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
 * Must be currently located in the DFW area
 * Must be able to pass or obtain a security clearance

## Description

* Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources
 * Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business decisions
 * Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data
 * Assist with data validation, quality checks, and reporting accuracy
 * Work with team members to understand reporting needs and business requirements
 * Support ongoing data projects and operational analysis
 * Prepare clear summaries and communicate findings to stakeholders
 * Maintain documentation related to reports, data sources, and processes
