This includes overseeing the implementation and daily use of TaskTracker, coordinating technology and hardware installations, and ensuring accurate, timely data management across all platforms. The position supports critical administrative systems such as ADP Onboarding and Time & Attendance, Heath Scheduling, Craftable and Concur Accounts Payable, as well as monthly fertilizer and chemical inventory audits. A key focus is identifying trends, maintaining data integrity, and providing actionable reporting to support leadership decisions. In addition to systems administration, this role plays a vital part in logistical coordination across the property. Responsibilities include planning and executing parking and shuttle operations, ensuring advance personnel and transportation scheduling, and conducting compliance audits. The position also supports agronomy operations by coordinating shared equipment practices for aeration and verticutting across greens, tees, and fairways, as well as assisting with large-scale event logistics such as shotgun outings and implementing safety systems like Perry Weather lightning detection.
