 + Automic / CA7 scheduler
 + SQL development
 + UNIX/Linux commands
 + ETL processing
 + SFTP file handling
 + Oracle and/or SQL Server integration, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
 * 5-10 years of experience in mainframe development
 * Experience in enterprise environments (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare preferred)
 * Familiarity with SDLC, release management, and production support
 * Knowledge of Agile methodology is a plus, * Experience with JCL and batch troubleshooting
 * Knowledge of VSAM and flat file processing
 * Exposure to shell scripting
 * Experience with mainframe + distributed system integration
 * Familiarity with change management and deployment tools, * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 * Excellent communication (verbal & written)
 * Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
 * High attention to detail and ownership mindset
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
 * Proactive approach to issue resolution and improvement
