Bonus points if you have: * Experience working in federal environments or supporting government UX needs. * Strong ability to synthesize user data into actionable design improvements. * Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes. * Experience writing UX documentation(personas, design specs, testing reports). * Ability to support iterative releases and collaborate closely with developers. * Strong communication and presentation skills for conveying design rationale.
