We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated (Payroll & Workforce Management) Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive technical assistance for payroll systems and workforce management software, ensuring seamless operation and user support across various platforms. Your expertise will be vital in troubleshooting complex issues, maintaining IT infrastructure, and delivering exceptional customer service to internal teams. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the efficiency of payroll processing and workforce management through technical excellence and proactive support., * Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by resolving payroll and workforce management issues.

 * Provide support via phone, email, and case management systems.
 * Troubleshoot payroll processing, time and attendance, and reporting-related issues.
 * Assist clients with payroll calculations, corrections, and system functionality.
 * Support new client implementations, system setups, and data conversions.
 * Deliver training and guidance on payroll and workforce management software.
 * Create and maintain process documentation, business requirements, and functional specifications.
 * Manage a high volume of client inquiries while maintaining service quality standards.
 * Escalate complex issues as needed and ensure timely resolution.
 * Build strong client relationships through professional and responsive communication.
