## About the Role

Do you have experience in Desktop administration?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional support to both onsite and remote users., * 2+ years of IT support, help desk, or desktop support experience preferred

 * Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
 * Experience with Active Directory, user account management, and password resets
 * Familiarity with networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN connectivity
 * Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 * Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently

Preferred Qualifications

 * Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
 * CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications
 * Experience supporting cloud-based environments and hybrid workforces

## Description

Ideal Partners Staffing is seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Specialist for a growing organization in Irving, TX. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering long-term career potential for an individual who enjoys troubleshooting technical issues, supporting end users, and working in a fast-paced IT environment., * Provide Tier I and Tier II technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues

 * Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, mobile device, and peripheral issues
 * Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and business applications
 * Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and SharePoint
 * Manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords through Active Directory
 * Document support requests, resolutions, and asset information within the ticketing system
 * Set up and deploy new workstations, hardware, and software for employees
 * Assist with onboarding and offboarding of users and equipment
 * Escalate complex issues to senior IT personnel when necessary
 * Maintain inventory of IT assets and equipment
 * Provide excellent customer service while communicating technical information to non-technical users
