## Description

We are currently recruiting a Data Analyst/Management Analyst I. This full-time position pays $24.10 an hour and is in Wilmington, DE., Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

 * Collect and analyze statistical data for studies of management and operational programs, policies, and procedures to determine effectiveness, cost efficiency, corrective action, and compliance with goals and objectives.
 * Analyze operational and program data to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
 * Develop formal reports, presentations, findings, and recommendations for management and other key stakeholders.
 * Review and interpret data to assess policies, procedures, organizational practices, and operational results.
 * Identify trends, exceptions, and opportunities for process improvement using statistical analysis and reporting.
 * Assist in developing management objectives and controls to help resolve issues and improve performance.
 * Support the implementation of new techniques, procedures, and reporting methods to improve operations and efficiency.
 * Document findings and prepare recommendations for changes to systems, procedures, or organizational practices.
 * Additional duties as assigned.
