Services will be provided to the Florida Department of Health. Project Overview: The contractor will provide technical support for HMS-related applications, including system design, application/database code creation or modification, troubleshooting, release/sprint planning support, documentation, required training, and compliance with data security and confidentiality requirements. Type of Project: IT Staff Augmentation / Hourly Assignment Database Manager Services, Contractor will complete and submit the following deliverables to the Department in the time and manner specified: Monthly: Provision of Database Manager services in the time and manner specified in Tasks 6.1.1-6.1.2. 6.1. SERVICE TASKS: Contractor will perform the following tasks in the time and manner specified: 6.1.1. Perform the following for applications based on Intersystems Cache, Cache Server Pages (CSP), HTML, Javascript, Jquery, Json, Ajax, and ASP.Net. 6.1.1.1. Create system designs and provide documentation for system feature enhancements and additions and bug fixes, daily, as specified in the work tickets assigned by the Department. 6.1.1.2. Modify and create application code and database code, ready for User Acceptance Testing, daily, as specified in the work tickets assigned by the Department. 6.1.1.3. Troubleshoot, determine, and document resolutions to system issues identified by the HMS Support group and the Applications Management team, daily, as specified in the work tickets assigned by the Department. 6.1.1.4. Provide work estimates, communication and updates for Release Planning, Sprint Planning and Daily Scrum, daily, as specified in the work tickets assigned by the Department. 6.1.1.5. Document application modifications and additions in a documentation repository, daily, as specified in the work tickets assigned by the Department. 6.1.2. Complete job required training as assigned by the Department.
