This role supports enterprise and US secured customers by leading complex DEX deployments, SaaS operations, and on-prem to SaaS transitions. The consultant acts as a trusted technical and advisory partner, ensuring customers successfully adopt Aternity SaaS while maintaining performance visibility, security requirements, and operational continuity. This is not a people-management or practice-lead role. The focus is on deep technical expertise, customer advisory, and successful outcomes across DEX and SaaS engagements. Candidates must therefore have a strong IT background in DEX concepts and of working within a professional services organization. Ideally this experience will have been gained in Managed Servicestype scenarios or similar.
