Reporting directly to the Vice President, Head of IT, this role will oversee the development, implementation, security, and maintenance of the company's information systems, networks, IT hybrid infrastructure, and digital backbone to support business objectives and ensure operational excellence. As a key member of the IT Leadership Team, the Director will play a critical role in shaping the user experience while ensuring robust and secure IT operations. Accountabilities and Responsibilities * Technical Leadership: Architect, implement, and maintain hybrid cloud and on-premises IT infrastructure to support Neurogene's growth. Help optimize our security profile and lead management of enterprise security platforms such as SSO/MFA, endpoint protection, email filtering, vulnerability and patch management. * Infrastructure Management: Manage our M365/Azure/SharePoint environments including ongoing administration. Develop infrastructure related Policies, SOPs, Work Instructions, and Knowledge Base Articles. Responsible for backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with IT Cybersecurity and Data Governance teams to implement data protection and disaster recovery solutions, minimizing operational risks. * Technology & Security: Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to enhance the scalability, performance, and efficiency of IT systems.
