Desirable * ITIL certification. * Microsoft certifications. * Experience managing services against strict SLAs. * Experience with virtualisation technologies including: * VMware * Hyper-V * Experience with additional scripting or development languages such as: * Bash * Powershell * * C++ * .NET * Batch scripting ## Description We are seeking a Senior Systems Support Engineer to support the operational delivery and maintenance of enterprise endpoint management and patching solutions across a large-scale corporate IT environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining endpoint management platforms, delivering software deployments, managing operating system builds, supporting security patching activities, and providing 2nd/3rd line technical support.
