* 8+ years of automation and controls engineering experience in manufacturing.
 * Strong hands-on experience with Siemens, Allen Bradley, and B&R PLCs.

## Description

Job Summary: Seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to provide hands-on support for packaging lines in a manufacturing environment. The role involves troubleshooting PLCs, automation controls, and vision systems while partnering with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to minimize downtime and improve line performance.
Key Responsibilities

 * Support and troubleshoot automation systems on packaging lines during production.
 * Diagnose and resolve PLC, controls, and vision system issues.
 * Work closely with maintenance teams on escalated automation problems.
 * Support Siemens, Allen Bradley, and B&R control systems.
 * Perform fault diagnosis, program reviews, parameter adjustments, and system recovery.
 * Investigate automation-related deviations and implement corrective actions.
 * Support vision inspection and serialization systems.
 * Maintain GMP/FDA-compliant documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.
