This is a client-facing, delivery-focused role responsible for configuring, implementing, and embedding ABM Connect to drive operational efficiency, improve service visibility, and enhance client experience. You will act as the bridge between technology and operations, ensuring successful system deployment, user adoption, and ongoing optimisation.
