## About the Role

* 4 years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education

Desired skills:

 * Strong understanding of data management risks and principles
 * Proven ability to lead large efforts and drive transformation initiatives
 * Skilled in building global relationships and influencing across leadership levels
 * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; effective in matrixed environments with competing priorities
 * Ability to deliver high-quality outcomes, take ownership of results, and consistently meet deadlines under pressure
 * Ability to synthesize data to inform decisions and balance innovation with practical execution
 * Experience in financial services, fintech, or highly regulated industries
 * Experience in data strategy, customer analytics, or related roles
 * Experience on the data management consulting side, not the technology side
 * Ability to communicate with executives in an easy to understand and compelling way

Pay range: $43.59 - $51.59 per hour
Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.

## Description

* Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Data Management
 * Contribute to large-scale planning related to Data Management deliverables
 * Review and analyze moderately complex Data Management challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
 * Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Data Management deliverables
 * Leverage a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
 * Collaborate with client personnel in Data Management
