This is an excellent opportunity to influence the future direction of a nationally significant digital, data and cloud transformation programmes while working within a complex and highly impactful public sector environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping future technology direction across both a major CRM Discovery Programme and a significant Enterprise Data & Analytics Platform (EDAP) transformation initiative. This opportunity would suit an experienced Technical Architect, Solutions Architect, Enterprise Architect or Cloud Architect with a strong background delivering cloud-based transformation programmes within complex government or highly regulated environments. Working closely with senior stakeholders, technical teams and delivery leadership, you will help establish the current-state architecture, identify future-state requirements and develop actionable roadmaps that support long-term service ownership and digital transformation objectives. Programme Overview: CRM Discovery Programme The initial discovery phase will focus on understanding: * Current CRM and CRM-like capabilities across the organisation * Existing platforms, systems and operating models * Areas of duplication, overlap and common business requirements * Future CRM strategy considerations * Data, integration and architecture requirements * Opportunities for platform consolidation and standardisation * The output will help inform future technology, data and operating model decisions. Enterprise Data & Analytics Platform (EDAP) The second initiative focuses on supporting the transition and onboarding of key data services into long-term ownership and operational management.
