## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
 * 6+ years of experience in software engineering or enterprise application development
 * Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot
 * Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
 * Hands-on experience with React or modern JavaScript frameworks
 * Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases
 * Experience with Apache Kafka or messaging technologies
 * Proficiency with Git, Maven, and build automation tools
 * Experience working in Linux environments and scripting
 * Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
 * Knowledge of cloud-native application delivery and Kubernetes

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with AI-enabled application development or automation solutions
 * Familiarity with SOAP web services and enterprise integrations
 * Knowledge of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth)
 * Experience working with distributed systems and asynchronous processing frameworks
 * Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies
 * Ability to mentor developers and contribute to team capability development
 * Experience working in fast-paced, enterprise-scale environments

## Description

In this role, you will design, build, and scale modern enterprise applications and digital platforms using full-stack technologies. You will work across cloud-native environments and microservices architectures to deliver high-performance, scalable, and reliable solutions. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges and contribute to application modernization and AI-enabled product development initiatives., * Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable enterprise applications using Java and cloud-native technologies

 * Build and maintain microservices-based architectures using Spring Boot and related frameworks
 * Develop and support RESTful APIs, event-driven integrations, and messaging systems
 * Collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
 * Support containerized deployments and CI/CD pipelines using Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, and related tools
 * Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis and incident resolution
 * Participate in code reviews, system optimization, and application modernization efforts
 * Contribute to AI-enabled features and intelligent automation initiatives, where applicable
 * Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable technical solutions
 * Maintain technical documentation and best practices for development and deployment
 * Mentor team members and support overall engineering excellence
