As Manager, People Technology & Analytics, you'll serve as a key conduit between the People Team (e.g., People Partners, Talent, Total Rewards), IT, Payroll, Finance, and the broader business-translating business and employee needs into scalable technology solutions, reliable data architecture, and actionable workforce analytics. At the same time, you will help strengthen the company's workforce data and analytics capabilities-ensuring People data is accurate, well-governed, and transformed into meaningful insights that support strategic planning, organizational effectiveness, and business decision-making.
