## About the Role

Do you have experience in Stakeholder relationship building?, We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive cross-functional programs within a SAP-focused enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have strong program management experience, hands-on expertise with SAP systems, and proficiency in JIRA for project tracking and agile execution., * 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience.

 * Hands-on experience working in SAP environments (SAP ERP, S/4HANA, or related modules).
 * Strong working knowledge of JIRA and Agile project management methodologies.
 * Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
 * Experience managing cross-functional technical initiatives in large enterprise environments.

Preferred:

 * Experience with enterprise digital transformation or ERP implementations.
 * PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are a plus.

## Description

* Lead and coordinate complex technical programs involving SAP applications and business stakeholders.
 * Manage project schedules, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple teams.
 * Utilize JIRA for sprint planning, issue tracking, reporting, and program governance.
 * Facilitate communication between business, engineering, and SAP functional teams.
 * Drive Agile/Scrum practices and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
 * Prepare status reports and present program updates to leadership.
