Collaboration and Support: * Work with project leaders, product owners, and developers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. * Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements in existing systems. * Offer support to end-users of the application, by troubleshooting and problem solving. Continuous Improvement: * Stay up to date with new technology trends and best practices in .NET development. * Continuously improve the codebase, fix bugs, and optimize performance. * Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and shared knowledge.
