Preferred * Experience with roadway, traffic signal, ITS, utility, or public works projects. * Familiarity with permitting processes and municipal project coordination. * Experience reading construction plans and engineering drawings. * Knowledge of FDOT, municipal, or transportation infrastructure projects. * Experience using project scheduling software such as Microsoft Project or similar tools., * Ability to conduct occasional field inspections. * Ability to travel to project sites and meetings. * Ability to work both in an office environment and outdoors at active project locations. ## Description NovoaGlobal is seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to support the deployment and operation of transportation technology and public safety infrastructure projects throughout Florida and the USA. This position offers an opportunity to gain experience in project management, construction coordination, permitting, utility coordination, roadway infrastructure, and municipal client relations, leading to a Project Manager position The successful candidate will work closely with senior management, the technical service team, contractors, engineers, utility companies, municipalities, and state agencies to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. This position is ideal for an individual seeking to build a long-term career in transportation infrastructure, traffic engineering, construction management, or public sector project management.
