## About the Role

Do you have experience in Recruiting agency candidate sourcing?, Strong communication skills, Ability to work independently and manage time effectively,

Comfortable sourcing candidates through job boards, networking, and outreach, Organized and detail-oriented, Previous recruiting or sales experience is preferred but not required.

Work Structure

Fully remote, independent contractor role. No set schedule or required hours. Recruiters manage their own workflow and activity.

## Description

We are seeking motivated and self-driven Independent Recruiters to support client hiring needs.

This is a commission-based, 1099 contractor opportunity ideal for individuals who are comfortable working independently and earning based on performance.

Responsibilities

Source clients (companies) that need recruiting services. (list of leads provided)

Source and identify qualified candidates for open roles.

Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening.

Submit qualified candidates to open roles.

Coordinate interviews as needed.

Maintain organized pipelines and communication.

Manage recruiting activity independently.

Submit candidate to client.

Tools and Support Provided

Access to ATS system (applicant and client tracking), Company email, Company VOIP phone number, Indeed access for posting roles, leads of clients (companies), Shared drive (contains processes and needed information).
