Or familiarity with Linux Server Administration- some experience with RHEL 8 or higher; RHEL 9 experience is a plus. Must have familiarity with Active Directory. Apex Systems Military & Veteran Programs ## Description Level 2 Technician should be proactive in meeting customer expectations by resolving tickets, completing project tasks, answering end user questions, and limiting down time. Level 2 admins follow best practices and industry standards to ensure the highest levels of security. Work to deploy, configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and refresh client and enterprise computing equipment in a secured environment.
