## Description

As a Metalcraft Software Engineer, you will have the opportunity to:

 * Design, develop, and work on many automation and technology projects.
 * Collaborate with engineers, IT professionals, and other technical positions in a manufacturing environment to create the best solutions to make the complex simple.
 * Serve as a subject matter expert to provide technical solutions to other members of the internal team.
 * Explore, evaluate, and recommend innovative technologies and techniques to improve productivity.
 * Dive deep into existing software systems to understand processes, flow, and areas for process improvement on site in a manufacturing and customer service environment.
 * Pursue knowledge and professional development through offsite training or conferences.
