## Description

The ARO Support Technician II helps power our stores' success by delivering advanced technical support for device repair and key fob programming. In this onsite role, you'll serve as a go-to technical resource for troubleshooting, remote guidance, and hands-on repair support, while also helping develop training materials that strengthen and scale our repair network., * Provide remote technical support via phone and live video to assist store associates with complex repair and programming issues.

 * Troubleshoot advanced device and key fob problems using research tools, internal systems, and collaboration with technical experts.
 * Maintain detailed service logs to ensure accurate issue tracking and resolution documentation.
 * Assist with developing repair training materials, written guides, and video content.
 * Participate in device repair training and occasional hands-on repair projects.
 * Serve as a backup for call center inquiries related to cutting, programming, or equipment troubleshooting.
 * Collaborate with Inventory Specialists, Repair Technicians, and cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.
