## Description

* Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
 * Install and configure computer systems, software, and peripherals
 * Maintain and update IT inventory and documentation
 * Monitor and maintain network security and backup systems
 * Respond to help desk tickets and resolve issues in a timely manner
 * Collaborate with IT team members to implement new technology solutions
 * Train employees on new software and systems as needed
 * Research and recommend new technology solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
 * Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in IT and make recommendations for improvement
