This role works closely with billing, coding, collections, denial management, credentialing, finance, operations, and executive leadership to identify trends, improve workflows, and maximize reimbursement outcomes., Revenue Cycle Analytics * Analyze key RCM performance indicators including: Days in Accounts Receivable (A/R), Net Collection Rate, Gross Collection Rate, Denial Rates, First Pass Resolution Rate, Charge Lag, Payment Variances, Underpayment Trends, Aging Reports, and Client specific report requests, as identified by Director * Monitor payor reimbursement trends and identify opportunities for revenue improvement. * Perform root cause analysis related to denials, billing edits, coding trends, and payment delays. * Identify revenue leakage and operational inefficiencies across the revenue cycle. Reporting & Dashboard Development * Develop and maintain recurring operational, financial, and executive-level reports. * Build dashboards and scorecards utilizing tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or other business intelligence platforms. * Automate reporting processes to improve accuracy and efficiency. * Ensure data integrity through routine audits, reconciliation, and validation activities. Data Management & Analysis * Extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets using SQL, Excel, and reporting tools. * Combine data from practice management systems, clearinghouses, EHR/EMR platforms, and payor reports. * Support ad hoc analysis requests from leadership and operational teams. * Translate complex data findings into actionable business recommendations.
