## Description

EyeMed is seeking two UM Support Analysts to provide administrative and operational support for Utilization Management (UM) prior authorization processes. This role involves a combination of administrative support, data entry, system documentation, and communication with providers and members regarding authorization requests., * Perform administrative and data entry tasks related to UM prior authorization requests

 * Utilize systems including Facets, FileBound, and Jira to manage and track requests
 * Conduct outbound notification calls to healthcare providers and members
 * Maintain accurate documentation and records within internal systems
 * Support workflow coordination and ensure timely processing of requests
 * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve authorization and documentation issue
 * Ensure compliance with EyeMed and client-specific regulatory requirements
