Arquitectura Técnica, Ingeniería Industrial, Civil o similar.
2-5 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos o jefatura de obra.
Valorable experiencia en construcción modular o prefabricada.
Dominio de AutoCAD y Excel avanzado.
Conocimientos de planificación (MS Project) y normativa CTE.
Perfil organizado, resolutivo, con capacidad de liderazgo y trato con clientes.

Si te apasiona la construcción modular, la gestión integral de obras y quieres formar parte de un proyecto en crecimiento, esta oportunidad es para ti., Planificar y coordinar proyectos de construcción modular.
Gestionar proveedores, subcontratas y equipos internos.
Elaborar escandallos, estudios técnico-económicos y comparativos.
Supervisar calidad, plazos y costes.
Revisar planos, mediciones y documentación técnica.
Participar en el desarrollo de nuestra línea de fabricación propia.
Realizar reporting semanal a dirección y gestionar incidencias.
Coordinar montaje y producción cuando sea necesario.
