Bonus points: * Comfort in working in highly collaborative environments while ensuring the team is always driving towards a decision. * Excellent analytical and quantitative skills; proved experience using data to identify opportunities, test theories and evaluate success. * Experience as an end-to-end thinker; the ability to look at a problem and create a solution all the way from top-level goals to smaller details. * Ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels and experience working across all levels of leadership using strong communication and structured thinking. ## Description Lucie Health Marketplace is a new all-in-one storefront that will change how Americans shop for healthcare. Lucie helps employers offer great benefits at lower costs by modeling and quoting their transition to ICHRA. Then, Lucie brings it all together in a single platform where teams can choose the products they value most. This platform will support modeling, quoting, funding, and enrollments - plus all of the personalization and support an employer or broker needs to get started with ICHRA. As a Staff Product Manager, you will lead ICHRA tooling product strategy, partnering closely with Business Strategy, Engineering, Data, and Design teams. You will prioritize the roadmap, balancing initiatives across growth, compliance, usability, and strategic partnerships. You will report into a Director, Product Management., This position is based in our New York City office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week.
