* Titulación universitaria en ADE, Economía, Ingeniería o similar
 * 3-4 años de experiencia en consultoría estratégica, tecnológica o transformación digital
 * Experiencia en proyectos de Data, Analytics o IA.
 * Uso habitual de herramientas de IA para mejorar la calidad y eficiencia del trabajo.
 * Capacidad analítica, pensamiento crítico y enfoque en resolución de problemas.
 * Mentalidad colaborativa, proactiva.
 * Catalán, español e inglés fluido.

Valorable

 * Máster, certificaciones en innovación, data o IA.
 * Experiencia con herramientas como Copilot, Claude, N8N, Lovable u otras
 * Conocimientos de Power BI, PowerApps, Dynamics 365 o similares.
 * Conocimiento de LLMs, su ciclo de vida e integraciones vía API.
 * Nociones de gobierno del dato e IA responsable.

## Description

Tu misión será ejecutar el trabajo estratégico y analítico en proyectos de AI para clientes referentes con el objetivo de garantiar la excelencia en la entrega y la transformación digital de los clientes de RocaSalvatella., * Analizar el estado actual del cliente en materia de IA y Data.

 * Identificar y estructurar casos de uso con impacto tangible en negocio.
 * Diseñar hojas de ruta para la adopción y escalado de soluciones de IA.
 * Elaborar entregables estratégicos de AI & Data (incluyendo modelos operativos - TOM)
 * Preparar y liderar workshops y presentaciones para stakeholders.
 * Mantenerte al día con tendencias, herramientas y casos de uso en IA.
