Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, R, Python, SQL, or similar platforms. Experience supporting databases and technical infrastructure, troubleshooting data issues, and maintaining technical documentation. Skilled in leveraging data for program improvement, accountability, or demonstrating impact. Strong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain deadlines, and work independently. Demonstrates a proactive work style, including the ability to identify process improvements and problem-solve independently. ## Description The Data Analyst supports the Policing Alternatives and Diversion Initiative (PAD) by maintaining, improving, and operationalizing data systems and reporting infrastructure that inform program strategy, accountability, and continuous quality improvement. The Data Analyst plays a critical role in sustaining the data dashboard, automating reporting processes, and strengthening data workflows that support timely decision-making across the organization. Working closely with the Data and Reporting Manager, this position focuses on executing and sustaining data systems and optimizing reporting workflows.
