## Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician (QA Tech) to join our team in Orlando, FL. This role is responsible for ensuring products meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards through inspections, testing, documentation, and data analysis., * Perform quality inspections on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.

 * Conduct testing and record results to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
 * Identify defects, non-conformances, and production issues.
 * Document inspection findings and maintain accurate quality records.
 * Assist with investigations and root cause analysis of quality concerns.
 * Monitor production processes and recommend corrective actions when needed.
 * Verify equipment calibration and ensure testing equipment is functioning properly.
 * Support compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality procedures.
 * Collaborate with Production, Operations, and Management teams to maintain product quality.
 * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
