A candidate entry rate of pay does not typically fall at the minimum or maximum of the role's range. ## Description The Data Governance Liaison is a critical contributor to the organization's data governance program, focused on ensuring the accuracy, usability, and compliance of enterprise data assets. This role supports the development and maintenance of the enterprise data catalog by collaborating with Data Stewards and cross-functional teams to document Data Products, refine metadata standards, and implement processes that improve data discoverability and accessibility. The Liaison will assist in automating catalog curation workflows, perform regular audits to maintain metadata integrity, and contribute to initiatives that enhance data quality and compliance with regulatory requirements. This position also plays an important role in promoting data governance awareness by supporting training programs and fostering a culture of collaboration and stewardship across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills with data governance tools, excellent organizational abilities, and the capacity to align data governance practices with business objectives. Success in this role requires attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work cooperatively across teams to deliver trusted, well-documented Data Products.
