## About the Role

* Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar relevant field.
 * Solid experience in Telecom, Data Centers, or Industrial sectors.
 * 8-10 years of proven sales experience with a strong track record of delivering consistent business results, including multi-country responsibility.
 * Strong leadership and people development skills, with the ability to lead teams, drive performance, and foster collaboration in an international environment.
 * Deep business acumen and market knowledge, including industry trends (e.g., AI, ORAN).
 * Customer-focused and results-driven with strong communication and strategic partnership skills.
 * Fluent in English and either Italian or Spanish.
 * Willingness to travel.

The position holds overall accountability for the success of the responsible business area, ensuring oversight of business operations in Southern Europe area (France, Spain, Italy, Türkiye).

 * Develop and execute an effective sub-regional sales strategy, with clear vision and actionable plans across short-, mid-, and long-term horizons.
 * Build and manage strategic relationships with customers, partners, end operators, and key suppliers; strengthen existing accounts while developing new business opportunities.
 * Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve higher levels of performance.
 * Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through customer engagement, while building a strong understanding of customer needs and requirements.
 * Drive and support cross-selling initiatives across Southern Europe.
 * Hold full accountability for P&L performance within the responsible area.
