The ideal candidate will also have great troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail. ## Description

We are looking for a qualified IT Manager who will maintain computers, networks, and other technology systems aiming for the highest levels of availability and reliability. You will also "train" users on the systems to make appropriate and efficient use of the technology tools that Headwaters deploys., * Maintaining working components through repair or replacement

 * Troubleshooting technical difficulties through call-ins or live chat
 * Assisting customers and staff with hardware and software challenges
 * Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
 * Provide orientation and guidance to users on software and hardware
 * Ordering necessary equipment for efficient workflows
 * Maintain technology inventory
