## About the Role

Mead & Hunt, a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm, is seeking a self-motivated, proactive individual to work full-time in our information technologies department. The person selected for this position will be working in a fast-paced, team-oriented support environment., * Bachelor's degree (or higher) in information technology, computer science, business (or closely related field)

-OR-

 * An Associate degree in information technology, computer science, business (or closely related field) and at least two (2) years of relevant work experience.

The ideal candidate will have any/all of the following:

 * Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, SCCM, SCOM, SCDPM, SQL Server, Group Policy, and DNS
 * Experience managing Azure AD, IaaS, Server Virtualization and Replication
 * Strong analytical skills

## Description

* Determining hardware, software and system functionality issues through systems analysis techniques
 * Designing and maintaining server systems
 * Responding and preparing for incidents affecting the availability, stability and performance of IT systems
 * Communicating issues and resolutions to all levels of the organization
 * Defining, documenting and sharing policies, procedures, and standards for systems
 * Mentoring staff in the development of strategies for overall system design
