We're seeking an entry level junior network administrator who works as part of a team to ensure an organization's computer network is performing optimally. From early on, you'll be given challenging assignments, support lead initiatives, and take ownership and responsibility. And, you'll receive training to help you become a leader in your field. Our ideal candidate will be passionate about applying their skills to meet and exceed expectations.

Objectives of this Role

 * Installing and configuring hardware and equipment: This includes routers, switches, firewalls, servers, and workstations.
 * Configuring servers and workstations: This includes connecting them to the LAN and the internet.
 * Troubleshooting connectivity issues: This includes diagnosing and troubleshooting problems with PCs, software, and communications devices.
 * Updating and upgrading components: This includes applying patches, updates, and backups.
 * Maintaining network security protocols and access controls: This may include managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
 * Providing technical support to end users: This may include responding to requests for assistance within established procedures.
 * Collaborating with senior administrators: This may include working with network engineers and telecommunications systems.
