* Must be able to obtain and maintain DHS EOD and fitness determination. DHS EOD requires U.S. Citizenship.
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
 * Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in information systems design and application development
 * Must be able to obtain and maintain DHS EOD and fitness determination. DHS EOD requires U.S. Citizenship
 * Demonstrated experience with application programming on large-scale Database Management Systems (DBMS)
 * Proven ability to develop complex software solutions that meet detailed design objectives
 * Strong understanding of system architecture, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and technical documentation standards
 * Experience leading or mentoring developers and providing technical guidance
 * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

SALARY RANGE: $124,000 - $147,000

The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:

 * The candidate's professional background and relevant work experience
 * The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
 * Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation
 * This role is also eligible for additional compensation, subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar, which may include
