Preferred: * Consulting experience * Legal industry experience * Professional services experience * Experience or exposure to Microsoft 365, unified communications, cloud services, IT security or enterprise infrastructure. * Background in business analysis or project management. This role focuses on executing high-quality solutions across key IT service areas such as Microsoft platforms, Unified Communications, Mobility, Infrastructure & Hosting, Financial, HR, Marketing and other core technologies., Working closely with IT Project Managers, IT Solutions Delivery Leads, Engineers, Portfolio Managers, and business stakeholders, the IT Solutions Delivery Analyst performs a wide range of tasks. For example, translating business needs into technical requirements, executing and coordinating implementation tasks, and supporting successful user adoption.
