Your role is crucial in ensuring the reliability and performance of our client's network by identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues in a timely manner. You will work closely with senior NOC analysts and network engineers to escalate more complex issues and maintain documentation of network operations., * Monitor network performance and system alerts using network monitoring tools. (i.e. Splunk, SolarWinds, Data Dog, etc.) * Respond to network and system issues promptly to minimize downtime. * Troubleshoot and resolve basic network problems, escalating complex issues as needed. * Maintain accurate records of incidents, problems, and changes using ticketing systems.
